April 22, 2022: A Message From North Lorray's Department Of Motor Vehicles Regarding Registration Suspensions

Under North Lorray Vehicle and Traffic Law Title 155, Subsection 49, it states "Vehicle Registration Suspensions May Be Imposed In Any Circumstance That Conforms With VT 161.05 - 161.25A. It May Also Be Suspended In Any Instance For Review But A Notice Shall Be Imposed Before Any Such Suspensions Are Imposed."

Due to recent concerns about unprevoked registration suspensions, any suspension that is active currently, may stay in effect. To remove such suspension, an inquiry should be made to the driver's local Department of Motor Vehicle Office. From there the driver should receive an E-Registration Card through email if the Department Of Moving Vehicles finds any discrepancies with a driver's registration.
